Brute Force Warning / Cant Login

You may see a 'brute force' warning when trying to log in if you or some one else has attempted to log in with the incorrect password more than 5 times, or it may simply say Login Invalid, when you are using the correct details.

Brute force lock-outs only last 10 minutes so please only submit a ticket if the message shows for longer than 10 minutes as the lock-out will likely expire before we will have responded to your ticket.

If you've lost connectivity to the server after trying to login numerous times (usually to FTP or Mail) then you may have been blocked by our firewall, which is seperate to the brute force system.
Such bans in the firewall can last as much as an hour. If you believe you've been blocked, you should look read this article.
