Cant access your website? Server Status page says everything is online?

It's likely that you've been blocked by our firewall. The server may appear as down because the firewall blocks all access to the server.

You can check this and unblock your IP address by logging into the client area and navigating to 'My Services' -> 'View Details' -> and clicking 'Check Firewall Block'.

If you are trying to login to cPanel and are seeing a 'brute force' warning, this is a seperate system to the firewall. Click here for more information.

The most common reason for being blocked by our firewall is because of FTP or Mail clients trying to connect to the server repeatedly with the incorrect details.
